Travel · Hithkari Travels
Trips built for actual rest — adventure, cultural, zen and wellness, slow, done-for-you or all-inclusive — so the vacation is all you have to think about.
Start here · book it yourself
Self-booking is the front door, and it's always welcome. You pay retail; you get an agent behind the booking — supplier perks where they exist, and a human to call when a flight cancels.
When you want it designed · curated planning
I only design done-for-you trips to places I've traveled myself — that's what makes the itinerary opinionated instead of generic. Every style below, planned end to end: booked, sequenced, and handled, so the only thing you carry is the anticipation.
Destinations
The curated list grows only as fast as my own passport does.
Warm water, slow days, and resorts that handle everything — the easiest full stop there is.
Glaciers, fjords, and scale that resets your sense of proportion — by cruise or by land.
Volcanoes, the Nā Pali coast, and mornings that ask nothing of you at all.
Tea country by rail, ancient cities, and food worth the flight — unhurried and underrated.
The next destinations are being traveled right now. Somewhere in mind? Put it in the intake.
Book it yourself today, or tell me about the trip you're dreaming of — every trip is booked through Hithkari Travels either way.
Services · built on the Value Acceleration Methodology™
Exit planning isn't a document you buy the year you sell — it's business strategy. I work the Value Acceleration Methodology I'm certified in as a CEPA: know what you have, grow what it's worth, then decide — keep or sell — on your timetable and your terms. Flat fees at every step.
Where are you, really? A baseline read of the business's value and your personal and financial readiness — turned into one prioritized action plan.
Close the gaps in focused 90-day sprints — de-risk the business, strengthen what buyers actually pay for, and get your personal and financial house in order alongside.
Grow or exit — with real numbers instead of guesses. Keep the business with intention, or sell it well, with the right specialists at the table.
You did the hard thing. Restorative, done-for-you travel — planned, booked, and handled — so the first chapter after the business starts with actual rest.
For owners
Each engagement is a fixed scope and a flat fee, agreed before we begin. No retainers, no percentages of your deal. Every engagement begins with the Advisory Call — prices are listed so there are no surprises, not for self-checkout.
Sixty minutes on the decision in front of you — is now the time, what a sale would ask of you, where the value and risks sit. A written advisory memo within three business days. The call starts with a short intake — I review every one within a business day and send the booking link if it's a fit.
Start with the intake → booking link follows within 1 business day if it's a fit
The wake-up-call engagement. An express valuation of the business with every assumption stated, a readiness review — business, personal, and financial — and one prioritized action plan. For most owners, the business is their largest asset; this is the first real look at what it's worth and what's in the way.
Entry is through the Advisory Call — start with the intake →
The action plan, worked — one 90-day sprint at a time. Buyers pay for a business that runs without you: sound numbers, systems that hold up, customers that stay, a team that stays. Each sprint closes a specific gap; where the gap is data and systems, that work is mine personally.

The gate most owners never reach calmly. With a current valuation and a de-risked business, grow-or-exit becomes a decision instead of a leap. If you keep: a master plan for the next cycle. If you sell: I quarterback your deal team — attorney, CPA, wealth manager, broker — and represent your wishes to the close.

In parallel · not a step
Travel runs alongside everything. Before, during, or after the work — a curated, done-for-you trip, planned and handled end to end. Self-booking always welcome.
Discover + first sprint together: $18,500 (vs $20,500 separately). Custom scope above $25M revenue.
For buyers & fellow advisors
Buyers, brokers, and wealth managers hire me for the parts of a deal they'd rather not carry: the valuation math, the models, and the data work after close. CM&AP, with 12+ years leading post-acquisition data integration — $110B+ in bank acquisitions moved onto new rails. Flat retainer, no success fee, no referral fees received. I never sit on both sides of the same deal.
Sixty minutes on your acquisition thesis — what you're looking for, whether the target profile is realistic, and what a disciplined search would look like. Written memo within three business days.
Request the call → a short intake and the booking link follow by reply
A disciplined, retained search: thesis definition, sourced and screened target lists, outreach, and introductions through to LOI. Consulting, not brokering — my fee never depends on whether or what you close.

Fixed-scope deliverables — for owners planning ahead, buyers pressure-testing a target, or brokers and wealth managers who want the math done right.
Gate four · Relax
Every trip is booked through Hithkari Travels, and you're always welcome to self-book. The planning fee buys the part you can't book: a curated, thoughtful, done-for-you itinerary — built around how you actually rest, and handled end to end. It starts with the intake: if done-for-you planning is the right fit, the planning invite follows — and if self-booking or a retail booking serves you better, the reply says so and points you there.
The paper you keep
Valuations are advisory opinions of value for planning — not certified appraisals. Value Acceleration Methodology™ is the framework of the Exit Planning Institute, in which I hold the CEPA designation.
The terms
Flat fees that pay for the call, not the close. Never paid on the transaction — anyone's. Referral partners disclosed, never both sides of a deal — every fee in writing before work begins.
One hour on the decision in front of you, with a written recommendation. It begins with a short intake — no payment until we both think there's something here.
Coaching · numbers you can act on
For small businesses without a finance team, and individuals without a full financial picture. I bring an enterprise data leader's toolkit to your money: read where you actually stand, chart where you're going, and build the dashboards that keep it in view. Flat fees, scoped before we begin.
FP&A without the full-time hire — the numbers that run the company made legible: what drives revenue, where cash actually goes, and the few metrics worth watching.
A financial audit — one complete read of where you stand: income, spending, assets, debts, and obligations, in a single clear picture.
How it works
Three moves, each a fixed scope and a written deliverable. Start with the first; the rest follow only if they earn their place.
You can't plan what you can't see. This is the baseline — for a business, a full FP&A read; for an individual, a financial audit. Every assumption stated, nothing in a black box.
From the baseline, a prioritized plan: what to fix, what to build, and in what order — sequenced to your goals and how much you can actually take on.
The build. I turn scattered spreadsheets and disconnected systems into one live picture — the same data-estate discipline I ran for enterprise teams, sized for you.
Twelve-plus years leading enterprise data & analytics — 600+ self-service analytics solutions supported, executive reporting automated, and acquisition data integration at $110B+ scale. Now pointed at owner-led firms and individuals.
How I work
Flat fees, agreed up front. Your data stays yours. Built to hand off, so it keeps working without me.
Tell me where you are and what you'd want to see clearly. If it's a fit, I'll scope the first step and a flat fee — no payment until we both think there's something here.
